The role
An experienced family lawyer is sought for a senior role covering the legal and personal issues that follow relationship breakdown. You will combine independent case management with client relationships, advocacy and support for junior colleagues.
- Advise on divorce, civil partnership dissolution and the financial issues arising from separation.
- Handle private children matters, cohabitation and separation agreements, and related applications.
- Maintain accurate files, meet court deadlines, supervise colleagues and develop referral relationships.
What you will need
The advert seeks around five years or more of relevant post qualification experience. You should be able to give clear, realistic advice, build trust during stressful periods and keep cases moving with appropriate attention to both detail and commercial considerations.
