    The role

    Take a senior role in a bankruptcy and restructuring practice advising clients on financially distressed situations. The work includes in court proceedings and negotiated workouts, with particular relevance to debt side and investment fund matters. You will lead engagements, manage client relationships and help develop less experienced lawyers while contributing your own established practice. This is a full time opportunity with a hybrid working arrangement in New York.

    What you will need

    You will need substantial bankruptcy and restructuring experience, confidence leading complex matters and a portable client practice. The position suits a lawyer who can combine technical judgment with commercial advice, business development and practical team leadership. Experience taking responsibility for the progress and commercial outcome of client matters will be important.
