Employment Law Associate

Join an employment practice handling both litigation and day to day advice for employers. You will contribute across the life of disputes, from initial assessment and legal research to drafting briefs, motions and other substantive documents. Alongside contentious work, you will help clients understand compliance requirements and manage workplace risk. The position offers the opportunity to take ownership of matters while working with more experienced lawyers.

You will need New Jersey bar admission and approximately three to five years of employment counseling and litigation experience. Strong research and drafting skills, organized file management and the ability to give clear advice are important. You should be comfortable working with employer clients and progressing several matters at different stages. The full time role is hybrid, with four days each week in the Madison office.

• The annual base salary range is US$154,000 to US$185,000.
