Complex Litigation Defense Associate

Work on complex defense litigation involving personal injury, transportation incidents, catastrophic injuries and wrongful death claims. You will prepare discovery and motions, take or support depositions, attend court and contribute to mediation, arbitration and trial preparation. The role includes regular client communication and practical case management, offering exposure to both legal strategy and the evidence needed to defend substantial claims.

You will need a JD, active California bar membership and at least two years of litigation experience. Relevant defense experience, strong written advocacy and the ability to manage deadlines are important. You should be comfortable developing factual records, explaining progress to clients and collaborating with colleagues as cases move toward resolution. The role is full time and hybrid in California, with some office attendance required.

• The annual base salary range is US$125,000 to US$185,000.
