    The role

    Take a lead role on corporate transactions for private equity sponsors, business owners and strategic buyers. The work includes acquisitions, buyouts and disposals, with responsibility for structuring transactions, negotiating purchase agreements and advising clients through execution. You will also handle related corporate arrangements, including operating and shareholder agreements, while supervising and mentoring lawyers working on active deals.

    What you will need

    You will need at least eight years of substantial M&A experience and the ability to lead transactions and client relationships at a senior level. Strong technical drafting, commercial judgment and confidence managing lean deal teams are important. The candidate facing brief explicitly welcomes suitable senior lawyers without a portable client book, making the opportunity relevant to experienced deal leaders seeking a broader platform.
