    Legal Programs Delivery Manager

    Build and run the teams of legal professionals behind complex AI projects, from staffing plan to successful delivery.

    The role

    Own the delivery of client programs that require substantial teams of attorneys and legal graduates. You will translate client demand into staffing plans, source and screen suitable contributors, and coordinate onboarding, training and activation. The remit includes regular client communication, reporting on pipeline and delivery, resolving contributor questions and responding to changes in scope. Accurate trackers and clear coordination with quality assurance colleagues are central.

    What you will need

    You should bring relevant hands on experience in high volume recruiting, contract staffing, program management or marketplace operations. Direct client experience and a record of placing and onboarding groups of workers are important. The role generally suits someone with at least a year of relevant experience. Legal staffing, AI marketplace or legal training experience is useful, but a legal qualification is not required.
