    The role

    Handle workers’ compensation defense matters throughout their lifecycle. You will assess case value, advise clients on settlement and litigation options, develop strategy with colleagues and maintain relationships with adjusters and clients. The practice offers training for attorneys moving from civil litigation into workers’ compensation, alongside opportunities for lawyers already established in the field. You will be expected to manage files carefully and work to a demanding billable target.

    What you will need

    You will need an active California bar license and at least one year of relevant legal experience in civil litigation, insurance defense or workers’ compensation. Strong client communication, sound organization and willingness to learn the practice’s approach are important. The role is remote, with work conducted on Pacific Time hours.
