    The role

    Help in house legal teams improve how they use AI across research, contracts, diligence, document analysis and compliance. You will understand existing processes, develop practical prompts and workflows, and use metrics to demonstrate improvements. The role also includes customer demonstrations or implementation support, training sessions and feedback to product colleagues. It combines client facing problem solving with the opportunity to influence how legal technology is adopted.

    What you will need

    You will need at least four years of in house experience and a strong understanding of legal operations, process improvement and performance measures. A legal qualification with relevant operations experience is preferred, while experienced legal operations professionals without a JD are also considered. Hands on familiarity with legal technology, clear presentation skills and active interest in AI are important.
