Senior Civil Litigation Attorney

Take independent responsibility for civil disputes involving commercial businesses, real estate, construction and related claims. You will lead case strategy, manage discovery and depositions, prepare motions and take matters toward trial or resolution. Direct, substantive communication with clients is a central part of the role. You will also work with firm leadership on difficult cases and may help develop areas of practice aligned with your expertise.

You will need at least twelve years of civil litigation experience and the ability to manage an active docket with limited supervision. Strong courtroom, motion and trial experience are important, together with relevant commercial, property or construction disputes work. Idaho bar admission is required. The brief welcomes a portable client practice but does not require business development.

• The full time role is primarily office based in the Boise area, with some flexibility.
• Base salary is US$130,000 to US$150,000, plus uncapped quarterly bonus opportunities.
