    The role

    Lead operational delivery across a portfolio of legal practices, taking responsibility for what happens after a client engages the business. You will manage throughput, turnaround times, backlogs and service standards, while coaching practice leaders and managers. The remit includes capacity planning, delivery costs, productivity and budgets. You will work with finance, product and technology colleagues to improve processes and turn automation into measurable service improvements.

    What you will need

    You will need substantial operations experience, including at least three years leading a high volume service delivery team. Experience managing managers, planning capacity and working with budgets and unit economics is important. The role calls for evidence that you can improve quality, productivity and cost together. Practical experience introducing AI or workflow automation will also be valuable.

    What is on offer

    • This is a full time hybrid opportunity in Toronto.
    • Base salary is CA$215,000 to CA$235,000, with stated on target earnings of CA$250,000 to CA$300,000 including performance bonus.
