Personal Injury Litigation Associate

Help manage plaintiff personal injury cases from filing through resolution. You will investigate liability and damages, prepare substantive litigation documents and develop case strategy with colleagues. The work includes discovery motions, written advocacy and responses to summary judgment applications, alongside regular client communication. The role offers exposure to complex and higher value matters, with mentoring intended to support further development as a litigator.

You will need at least three years of personal injury experience with a strong trial focus, including a minimum of three civil jury trials taken to verdict. An active license in the jurisdiction of practice is required. The brief also requires professional English and Spanish communication skills. Strong research, drafting and case organization are important, together with the ability to guide clients through sensitive situations.

• The advertised annual pay range is US$115,000 to US$185,000, depending on experience, with benefits and continuing education support.
