    The role

    Develop software that helps legal and business teams automate complex contract work. You will design and build core product features, create agent workflows connecting language models with APIs and data, and deploy reliable systems in Python. The role includes translating customer needs into technical solutions, operating features after launch and contributing to engineering standards. Reliability, scalability and security are central to the work.

    What you will need

    You will need substantial experience building software products and shipping production backend systems. Hands on experience with AI or agent based workflows is important, together with the ability to take a feature from concept through deployment. The opportunity suits an engineer who can work across product requirements and technical detail, communicate with customers and collaborate effectively within a small team.
