Senior Litigation Paralegal

Support attorneys handling complex commercial and employment disputes, internal investigations and related civil litigation. You will coordinate discovery and document review, manage substantial document productions and help prepare pleadings, subpoenas and correspondence. The remit also includes deposition summaries, exhibits, witness materials, trial preparation and appellate support. Accurate case calendars and clear communication with clients, experts and vendors are central to the work.

You will need at least eight years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, a bachelor’s degree and substantial complex civil litigation exposure. Federal court experience and confidence using litigation support tools are required. A paralegal certificate is preferred. Strong research, proofreading, organization and independent project management will be important.
