    Civil Litigation Paralegal

    Support substantive employment and voting rights cases while building experience alongside an established litigation team.

    The role

    Work with litigation partners on employment disputes and voting rights matters from initial case management through resolution. You will prepare and proofread pleadings, subpoenas and discovery documents, produce deposition summaries and organize trial materials. The remit also includes document production, e discovery, legal research, client communication and careful management of case calendars. Experienced paralegal support is available during onboarding and as matters develop.

    What you will need

    You will need at least four years of law firm litigation paralegal experience and a strong general civil litigation foundation. Employment law exposure is useful, as are federal court and e discovery skills. Strong organization, accurate written work and confidence communicating professionally with clients are important. You should be comfortable maintaining detailed deadlines and recording billable work consistently.
