Senior Corporate Partner or Counsel

Take responsibility for venture capital, private equity, M&A or broader corporate transactions from initial structuring through closing. You will act as a principal client contact, manage execution and work with colleagues on related funds and finance questions. The role also includes mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to the practice’s service offering and longer term growth. It combines independent deal leadership with collaboration on complex client matters.

You will need at least ten years of substantial corporate transactional experience, including experience in major law firm practice. Deep expertise in one or more relevant transaction areas and the ability to run deals with limited supervision are essential. Client relationships are valuable, while exceptional technical execution is also considered. Strong judgment and confidence advising sophisticated counterparties are important.

• Base salary is US$250,000 to US$400,000, depending on experience and client business, with additional performance and origination related compensation.
