    The role

    Advise individuals and families on estate planning, wealth transfers and the administration of trusts and estates. You will prepare sophisticated planning documents, guide executors and trustees and explain the tax considerations behind different choices. The work involves regular direct contact with clients and scope to take increasing responsibility for their continuing legal needs.

    What you will need

    Around 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, including gift, estate and generation skipping transfer tax. Georgia admission, or the ability to obtain it, is required. You should be confident drafting complex documents and discussing sensitive planning decisions with clients.

    • A full time hybrid position with an advertised annual base salary of $235,000 to $300,000, plus bonus opportunities.
