    Premises Liability Litigation Associate

    Develop cases through depositions, hearings and trial preparation while advising clients on the practical risks of premises claims.

    The role

    Defend premises liability matters involving commercial properties and other occupiers. You will assess new claims, organise written discovery, take and defend depositions and prepare motions and case evaluations. The position includes client and insurer reporting, with scope to follow cases through settlement discussions and trial preparation alongside experienced litigators.

    What you will need

    At least around 5 years of civil litigation defence experience, including premises liability work. Active California bar membership is required. You should bring substantial deposition experience, sound written advocacy and the ability to manage a caseload while keeping clients informed.

    • Advertised annual base salary is $135,000 to $185,000, with bonus opportunities and employee benefits.
