    Senior Construction Transactions Associate

    Take ownership of construction agreements and the access issues that can determine whether a project moves forward.

    The role

    Advise property owners and developers on construction contracts, professional appointments and access arrangements. You will negotiate documents, manage matters from instruction to completion and handle court applications concerning access to neighbouring property. The role requires both transactional judgement and an understanding of how legal disputes can affect a development timetable.

    What you will need

    Around 6 to 10 years of relevant construction transactions experience. You should be comfortable negotiating design and construction agreements independently and have experience of New York construction access proceedings. Clear drafting, responsive client service and the ability to manage several active negotiations are important. New York bar admission is required.
