    Private Funds Partner or Counsel

New York, New York CorporateFull time, hybrid US$250,000 to US$400,000 base, plus variable compensation

Take ownership of fund formations and help decide how an established funds practice develops.

    The role

Lead private fund formation matters, advising sponsors, managers and investors from the first structuring decisions through closing. Your work will cover fund documentation, governance and regulatory questions, with colleagues available for related corporate, financing and international issues. Alongside delivering existing matters, you will contribute to the direction and capacity of the funds practice.
