    Senior Borrower Side Real Estate Attorney

    The role

    Advise investors, developers and property businesses on acquisitions, disposals and financing. You will draft and negotiate purchase agreements, joint venture documents and related transaction terms, acting as the principal legal contact as deals progress. The practice needs someone comfortable finding workable solutions for unusual commercial requirements and keeping several transactions moving at once.

    What you will need

    At least eight years of borrower side commercial real estate transactional experience, including independently running matters through completion. You should be confident negotiating directly with other counsel, advising clients on risk and managing competing deadlines. Experience working with sophisticated private property clients will be relevant.
