The role
Represent community associations in disputes involving property, construction defects, governance and related recovery issues. Experienced colleagues can support your development in the specialist legal framework, while you remain responsible for keeping clients informed and progressing cases.
What you will need
At least seven years of concentrated civil litigation experience and active California Bar membership. You should be able to handle a matter through its full lifecycle and produce clear, carefully reasoned written work.
