    Senior Employment Defence Attorney

    The role

    Defend employers in discrimination, wage and hour and representative or class action disputes. You will manage cases through discovery, motion practice and resolution, including proceedings before employment agencies. The role also includes preventive advice on workforce management and workplace policies, alongside supervision of junior attorneys and the development of client relationships.

    What you will need

    At least around 8 years of employer side California employment litigation experience and active California admission. You should be comfortable leading case strategy, supervising work and giving practical advice directly to employers. Experience developing your own client relationships is also important.
