    The role

    Originate and manage client work within a business law or related commercial practice. You will remain the senior relationship contact, lead matters through their full lifecycle and coordinate colleagues across disciplines where clients need wider support. The position also involves mentoring associates and contributing to the development of the practice.

    What you will need

    An established law firm partner with at least around 8 years of practice and a portable client book of at least approximately $500,000. You should have a record of generating work and taking responsibility for client relationships. California admission, or willingness to obtain it, is required.

    What is on offer

    • A full time hybrid position.
    • Advertised annual base salary is $200,000 to $230,000.
    • Separately advertised on target total earnings are $300,000 to $500,000, dependent on originations and the practice brought across.
