    The role

    Handle corporate matters for emerging businesses, including formation, governance and continuing advice as the company develops. You will lead venture financings from initial terms through closing, draft investment documents and work on early funding instruments and growth transactions. The position involves substantial client contact and collaboration with a wider venture practice.

    What you will need

    Around 3 to 6 years of relevant corporate transactions experience, focused on emerging companies and venture capital. New York admission, or eligibility for admission, is required. You should be able to describe substantive responsibility on completed financings and be comfortable advising founders, executives and investors.

    What is on offer

    • Advertised annual base salary is $240,000 to $280,000, with additional bonus opportunities and business development support.
