Senior Civil Litigation Attorney

Handle civil disputes from the initial assessment through discovery, motion practice and trial. You will take and defend depositions, prepare written submissions and work directly with clients and insurers. The position is suited to a litigator who wants regular hearings and the opportunity to build both first and second chair trial experience.

At least seven years of relevant practice and active New York Bar membership. Strong research and writing skills, practical courtroom confidence and a clear interest in trial work are important. Experience in another courtroom practice may be relevant where the skills transfer to civil disputes.

• An office based position in the Hudson Valley.
• Base salary is $150,000 to $200,000 according to level, with additional production related bonus potential.
