    The role

    Work primarily on medical malpractice defence, with scope to encounter related professional liability and commercial disputes. You will research and prepare motions, manage discovery and communicate with clients about case progress. The role includes opportunities to take depositions and make court appearances as you develop towards independent responsibility for matters.

    What you will need

    Relevant post qualification litigation experience and admission in South Carolina. You should bring strong written advocacy, a sound understanding of case preparation and experience handling litigation tasks independently. The position is suited to a collaborative lawyer who wants to continue developing technical and courtroom skills.
