    The role

    Manage plaintiff personal injury files from initial instructions through the settlement stage. You will assess medical evidence, prepare demands and negotiate with insurers or opposing lawyers. Close coordination with assistants, case managers and lien specialists is part of the role, alongside clear updates that help clients understand the progress and value of their claims.

    What you will need

    At least five years of plaintiff personal injury experience and active California Bar membership. You should be able to run matters independently, negotiate confidently and maintain a reliable flow of client communication. Spanish language skills are preferred. A clear approach to prioritising work and progressing files is important.
