    The role

    Assess potential personal injury claims and explain the initial legal position to people considering representation. You will use litigation knowledge to identify the issues affecting viability and potential value, help clients decide on the next step and support intake colleagues with legal questions. The role also involves improving the intake process with senior lawyers.

    What you will need

    An active California Bar licence, personal injury practice experience and Spanish language skills. You should be confident explaining legal issues, establishing trust and helping a team make sound decisions. The position is suited to someone who enjoys direct client contact and has a practical understanding of how an injury claim develops.
