    The role

    Manage a caseload of workers compensation lien files, reviewing medical evidence, disability assessments and apportionment issues. You will negotiate resolutions, prepare settlement documents and represent matters at settlement and status conferences. Regular written updates and clear communication with clients are central to the role, alongside progressing files accurately and keeping negotiations moving.

    What you will need

    At least three years as a hearing representative in California workers compensation defence. You should understand the relevant law and procedures, be confident assessing the evidence behind a lien and be able to organise several matters with limited supervision. Strong written communication and careful attention to detail are important.

    • A full time California opportunity with remote working available and travel when required.
