    Senior Employment Attorney

    Build direct client relationships while advising on the employment decisions behind business growth and transactions.

    The role

    Advise businesses and executives on employment issues spanning recruitment, workplace policies, separations and restrictive covenants. You will draft and negotiate agreements, guide clients on workforce compliance across jurisdictions and handle workplace investigations or agency responses. The role also includes employment diligence on corporate transactions, mentoring colleagues and helping develop existing client relationships.

    What you will need

    At least seven years of employment law experience and active Texas Bar membership. You should be confident giving practical advice with limited supervision, producing careful documents and managing a portfolio of clients. Experience connecting employment risk with commercial objectives will be valuable, alongside strong communication and negotiation skills.
