    Senior Commercial Property Paralegal

    The role

    Support commercial real estate transactions for developers, lenders, investors and property owners. You will coordinate acquisition and disposal files, loan and refinancing documents and the material needed for due diligence. Responsibilities include reviewing title commitments and surveys, preparing closing checklists and post completion deliverables and working with clients and other advisers. Leasing and entity formation work also forms part of the position.

    What you will need

    At least seven years of commercial real estate paralegal experience. You should be comfortable organising several transactions at once, spotting missing information and keeping documents and deadlines under control. Clear communication, practical project management and an attentive approach to client service are important.
