    Litigation Paralegal

    Stay involved across the life of a dispute, from discovery and electronic filing to courtroom preparation.

    The role

    Support lawyers on litigation and bankruptcy matters, organising files, deadlines and evidence as cases progress. You will prepare documents for lawyer review, assist with discovery collection and production and arrange electronic filings in Texas state and federal courts. The role also includes coordinating depositions, hearings and trial materials, with on site trial assistance and travel when required.

    What you will need

    Relevant litigation paralegal experience in a law firm, within the advertised two to six year range. A working knowledge of court procedures, filing systems and litigation deadlines is important. You should be comfortable managing competing assignments, using document review technology and communicating with clients, witnesses and court staff. Certification or equivalent education and experience will be considered.
