    The role

    Develop an existing client practice within a firm recruiting partners across several legal disciplines. You will continue serving your own clients, identify opportunities to work with other departments and guide associates and counsel on matters. Business development and marketing support are available, with responsibilities shaped around your specialism, client needs and the wider team.

    What you will need

    A genuinely portable practice with at least $500,000 in your own client originations. Institutional or relationship credit alone does not meet this requirement. Clients must clear conflicts and pricing should suit a New Jersey platform. The opportunity calls for sustained professional experience, collaborative working and the ability to retain and grow client relationships.
