    The role

    Support operations in a legal technology business and law firm handling claimant campaigns. Your work will include case intake, claim review and quality checks, alongside client outreach and marketing tasks. You will also identify process improvements and help implement automation and AI tools, with the aim of making repeatable work more efficient while maintaining reliable case handling.

    What you will need

    At least one year in business operations or an operations associate role. You should be comfortable checking information carefully, handling several workstreams and communicating with clients. An interest in improving workflows through technology is important. The position suits someone who enjoys practical delivery and finding better ways to organise recurring tasks.
