    Staff Product Manager, Legal Workflow AI

    The role

    Lead the strategy and development of an enterprise contracting product, from customer research through launch and adoption. You will turn observations of legal and procurement workflows into priorities, test ideas through prototypes and work closely with engineers on AI capabilities. The position includes defining success measures, coordinating releases with commercial teams and building the processes a product function needs.

    What you will need

    Relevant product management experience in business software or AI, with evidence of taking an uncertain idea into practical use. You should understand production AI products, work confidently with data and communicate technical tradeoffs clearly. Experience with enterprise buyers, regulated workflows or contract technology will be valuable, alongside the ability to make and explain prioritisation decisions.
