    Customer Activation Specialist, Legal Technology

    The role

    Guide law firm users through onboarding and early adoption of legal workflow software. You will run setup calls, tailor settings, coach users and monitor pilot outcomes against their business priorities. The work also includes investigating problems, passing practical feedback to engineers and developing reusable guidance, reporting and automation to improve future client launches.

    What you will need

    Experience in consulting, financial services, a growing technology business or a similar environment where you have solved operational problems. Clear communication and confidence working directly with users are essential. You should be comfortable using AI tools and turning an improvised solution into a reliable process others can use. An interest in technical troubleshooting will be valuable.

    • Current base salary is $140,000 to $170,000, with separate performance bonus potential, equity participation and employee benefits.
