    The role

    Join a technology business in a generalist legal role that combines commercial transactions with product advice. Your immediate focus will be customer and vendor agreements, supporting commercial relationships on both sides of the business. You will also address product, regulatory and manufacturing questions as they arise. The position sits within a lean legal team, with the balance of work changing alongside business priorities.

    What you will need

    The search focuses on lawyers with around five or more years of post admission experience. Commercial and product legal experience will be relevant, particularly experience across law firm and in house environments. You should be comfortable moving between different legal questions and giving practical advice to business colleagues.

    • A full time hybrid position based in Austin, with some US travel.
    • Base salary is US$180,000 to US$200,000, with a separate target bonus and relocation support.
