    You will work on sophisticated commercial disputes with direct access to partners, rather than working through several layers of seniority. The firm is looking for someone who has carried real responsibility, so we will want to hear about cases you have run, dispositive motions you have handled and any trial experience. Written work is central to the role.

    What you will need

    • Admitted to the California bar
    • 6 to 8 years of complex commercial litigation at a large national firm or a strong boutique
    • Excellent legal writing
    • Experience running cases and handling dispositive motions
