The role
You will join a financial services disputes team working on motor finance litigation or retail banking disputes.
- Help prepare cases: correspondence, bundles and disclosure
- Carry out legal research and summarise findings
- Liaise with courts, clients, counsel and third parties
- Track court deadlines and prepare and file court documents
- Help with billing, matter admin and reporting on claim volumes
What you will need
- Paralegal experience in litigation or disputes, or a closely related setting
- A good grasp of court procedure and deadlines
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage several matters
- Close attention to detail
