Paralegal, Real Estate Development (part time)
The role
You will support a real estate team on development transactions for developers and purchasers. The work includes reviewing and reporting on title, land registration and SDLT returns, drafting reports on title and certificates, keeping files in order, tracking deadlines, proofing documents and updating clients.
What you will need
A 2:1 degree or higher, strong organisation, careful attention to detail and good Word, Excel and Outlook skills. You should be client focused, able to work on your own initiative and commercially aware. Experience with housing associations helps but is not essential.
