    Paralegal, Real Estate (Social Housing and Development)

    The role

    You will support a real estate team on transactions for social landlords and developers. The work includes reviewing and reporting on title, land registration, LTT returns, drafting reports on title and certificates, file administration and client updates.

    What you will need

    Ideally a 2:1 degree, excellent organisation and attention to detail, good Word, Excel and Outlook skills and strong communication. Familiarity with social landlords helps but is not essential.
