The role
Several paralegals are needed to support lawyers in a large disputes team.
- Help prepare cases, including correspondence, bundles and disclosure
- Carry out legal research
- Liaise with courts and clients and keep deadline records up to date
- Prepare court documents
- Handle admin such as billing and data capture for claims reporting
What you will need
- Paralegal experience in litigation, or transferable experience from a similar setting
- Understanding of court procedure and deadlines
- Good organisation and clear communication
- Close attention to detail and a willingness to learn
