    The role

    You will bring your practice across, keep growing it and service it with support from the wider firm. The firm is looking for someone who wins work, not someone who waits for it to be handed down.

    What you will need

    • 8 or more years in practice, currently a partner
    • A portable book of at least $500K, ideally $800K to $1M or more
    • A track record of originating new clients
    • California bar admission, or willing to obtain it

    What is on offer

    A base of $200K to $230K, a platform built around originators, sophisticated middle market work and a hybrid pattern of two office days a week.
