    Partner, Employment Defense (public sector and wage and hour)

    The role

    You will run employment defense matters as a partner, with a focus on school districts and other public education clients, and on wage and hour work including PAGA claims. You will take matters from early advice through to resolution and help guide the associates on your cases.

    What you will need

    • Active California bar license
    • 10 or more years of employment defense experience (defense side only, not plaintiff)
    • Experience defending school districts
    • Solid PAGA and wage and hour background
