    The role

    You will run your own IP practice with the freedom to price your work and service your clients your way, backed by colleagues across other practice areas who can take referrals and bring you in on their clients.

    What you will need

    • 8 or more years in IP, currently a partner or senior counsel
    • A portable book of $750K or more
    • Comfortable with a model that pays on collections rather than a guaranteed draw

    Earnings of $400K to $750K linked to what you collect, a majority share of collections on work you originate, freedom to set your own billing rates and full remote working.
