    The role

    You will lead Low Income Housing Tax Credit transactions from start to finish, guiding clients through each stage of the deal. You will work closely with senior colleagues who are deeply involved in the affordable housing market, and help shape a practice that is adding people steadily.

    What you will need

    • 8 or more years in affordable housing and LIHTC transactions
    • Experience leading LIHTC deals start to finish
    • A law firm background
    • Deep knowledge of Section 42 and Section 142
    • New York bar, or willing to obtain it
