    The role

    You will lead and build the technology and IP transactions practice. Expect licensing, commercial technology agreements and the IP side of deals, along with shaping how the practice grows and helping lead the lawyers around you. No book of business is needed.

    What you will need

    • 12 or more years handling technology and IP transactions
    • JD and an active bar admission
    • Ideally a mix of law firm and in house experience
    • Some experience leading people or a practice area
