    Payroll and Finance Administrator, Part Time

    The role

    You will run payroll from start to finish, including salary changes, overtime, bonuses and statutory payments. You will look after pension and benefits admin, keep payroll compliant with HMRC, pensions rules and GDPR, maintain holiday records, process staff expenses and business card spend, and support budgeting, forecasting and audit work. Hours are agreed in advance, with some flexibility around payroll deadlines and month end.

    What you will need

    Experience in payroll, finance or HR administration.

    Good knowledge of PAYE, pensions and statutory payments.

    Strong Excel and number skills.

    A careful eye for detail and the ability to handle confidential information.

    The role is subject to DBS and credit checks.
