Professional Support Lawyer, Building Safety
The role
A knowledge role sitting across the real estate disputes, construction and regulatory teams. You will share know how between the teams, write client insight pieces, and support the firm's Building Safety Act work, including fire safety, cladding remediation and external wall issues. You will also cover real estate disputes know how including telecoms, help build understanding of technical defects in construction recovery claims, create precedents and make use of generative AI tools.
What you will need
Contentious experience, strong organisation and project management, and the ability to produce clear, high quality know how. An understanding of construction defects and comfort with AI tools. Returners and those looking for school hours are welcome to apply.
