    You will work on commercial real estate transactions as part of a team that is still being built, so there is room to take on responsibility early. Training is a real priority, with several sessions each week to help you develop. The billable target is around 1,750 hours. Residential only backgrounds are unlikely to fit, as the work is commercial.

    What you will need

    • 3 to 6 years of transactional commercial real estate at a law firm
    • Based in or near Buffalo
    • Happy in the office Monday to Thursday
    • Comfortable with a billable target of around 1,750 hours
